The Tupper Lake Depot is available to rent for your special occasion/event. The depot can accommodate up to 300 people.

Daily Event Rental: $500/full day event (with access the day before).
1/2 Day Event Rental: $200/half day event (with access day of the event).
Winter fuel heating surcharge (Nov. 1 – April 30): $100/day
A cleaning deposit of $150.00 is required with each full day event. A cleaning deposit of $75 is required for each 1/2 day event. If the is fully cleaned, trash removed, etc. after the event, this will be refunded.
If you are planning to serve alcohol at your event, we will need a copy of your liquor permit to serve alcohol & a copy of your liquor liability insurance certificate.
