The Tupper Lake Depot is available to rent for your special occasion/event. The depot can accommodate up to 300 people.

Daily Event Rental: $500/full day event (with access the day before).
1/2 Day Event Rental: $200/half day event (with access day of the event).
Winter fuel heating surcharge (Nov. 1 – April 30): $100/day
A cleaning deposit of $150.00 is required with each full day event. A cleaning deposit of $75 is required for each 1/2 day event. If the depot is fully cleaned, trash removed, etc. after the event, this will be refunded.
If you are planning to serve alcohol at your event, we will need a copy of your liquor permit to serve alcohol & a copy of your liquor liability insurance certificate.
